Outpost Camp
OUR PURPOSE
Looking for a true camping experience? Outpost is your camp if you like waking up to the sounds of creation and sunshine streaming through your tent! With 6 boys, 6 girls and 4 counselors, this is our smallest camp setting. All cooking is done over an open campfire. This camp is truly an intimate experience for those who love to rough it!

WHO IS JESUS?
It’s easy to say we follow Jesus, but do we really know who we’re following? How can our students be more like Christ if they don’t even know who Christ is? Thankfully, Jesus makes it clear who he is through several “I Am” statements in the book of John: I am the Way and the Truth and the Life, I am the Bread of Life, I am the Good Shepherd, and I am the Light of the World.
Knowing who Jesus is and believing in him is the only way God changes our lives. It can be easy to substitute our own logic or the world’s pleasures for the true life Jesus offers. But as our students dive into Jesus’ “I Am” statements, they will discover that what Jesus offers is much better: himself. Jesus is irreplaceable!
At Little Galilee we have invested in providing large activities that make camp a memorable experience! Whether you talk a walk on our high ropes course, or take a trip down our zip-line, we make sure there is plenty of safe fun to be had!

What Campers Will Learn
Campers will learn about the gospel of Jesus Christ! Throughout each day we weave the gospel into every moment. Our goal is to make sure everyone who steps onto our camp hears the gospel story.
We remind parents and students that time at camp is great for many reasons. How often do our students get the chance to truly “unplug”? We take the opportunity to get away from distractions so we can focus on what’s important, God.

Campers sleep, eat, and learn at the Outpost Campsite located in a wilderness clearing on LGCC's grounds. Campers sleep on elevated mattresses in tents that LGCC provides.
